When placing an order with LYLAC HOMEWARE, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions for shipping. Lylac Homeware may change these terms & conditions at any time.
LYLAC HOMEWARE ships Australia-wide. Credit account customers require a trading application to receive trading terms from Lylac Homeware. Please refer to your trading terms for your Free into Store (FIS) levels or call your local LYLAC HOMEWARE representative if unsure. All orders above FIS will not be charged shipping, if an order is placed online which is below FIS, your will be contacted by LYLAC HOMEWARE to discuss. Customers without credit account will require to pay upfront the stock and the freight will be determined by the order amount and the delivery location case by case.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 2 business days.
Once goods are dispatched with the Freight Company, all risks associated with damage to or less of goods while in transit are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Upon goods being dispatched with the courier changes cannot be made to an order, all responsibility for items ordered rests solely with the purchaser.
Any costs related to dishonoured credit card transactions, dishonoured Cheques etc are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We will offer a refund/exchange on products purchased from LYLAC HOMEWARE. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us for a refund and/or exchange.
